It all depends on your needs
The location is fantastic-just a 5-minute stroll to restaurants and the beach! Plus, the kitchenette was well-stocked and useful for our family.
Rooms lack modern upgrades and the noise from nearby nightlife can be quite bothersome at night, making sleep a challenge.

Convienent for the beach, facilities i.e.shops and restuarants. Location ideal for further exploration of the island.
Lack of kitchen equipment. Kitchen needed a microwave oven.

We chose this hotel because it was the only one free in Larnaca after our previous reservation for one another hotel was mysteriously refused... So in fact, we did not chose it. The only positive point was the cold water in the bathroom (people should know the problem of water in Cyprus). That's all. Quite near the town centre.
Old rooms and structure. Not very clean... Old and smelly fridge. Everything is old style and vintage (in the worst sense), ans smelly. Swimming pool quite correct, but not proper. 3 stars are really not justified. We will never come back here, that's for sure!

The location is quite convenient for access to the
Beach and local attractions. The staff was friendly. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, especially in the kitchen area.

Very close to central Larnaca. Don't expect any comforts but it is a budget hotel anyway. For what I paid it was good.
Very hard to find from the airport. If driving, ensure you have a gps.

Nicely equipped room with a fridge, a kettle, and ample dishes. The balcony offered a lovely view. Air conditioning worked great, and the beds were comfortable. Convenience was a major plus with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful. The beach was slightly farther than expected-about a 15-minute walk. While my room was generally clean, the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night, which might disturb light sleepers. An enjoyable stay with some minor inconveniences.

Close to downtown & main beach, good value for money
Room was rather old, noisy fridge, low water pressure

The spacious balconies offered great views, perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day out. The basic cooking equipment in the rooms was handy.
There were quite a few issues that put a damper on the stay. The noise from the nearby streets and nightlife was relentless. The plumbing in the bathroom was a mess with leaks and unclear sources of water pooling on the floor. Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating, dropping out frequently, difficult to stay connected. The facilities felt outdated, with aging decor and kitchen appliances that didn't meet modern standards.

Charming small hotel, the stuff where all excellant and extremely friendly and the location was decent close to Larnaca city centre. Our room was neat and brand-new, equipped with dining table, value for money plus nice view. Location: the property was close enough to centrum and beach. Our experience here was pleasant...

It had a fridge and stove, could make my own coffee in the morning.

Were pleasantly surprised on arrival - everything looks ok and even better. Nice big lobby and an outdoor terrace with wi-fi access. The rooms are big and cleaned on a daily basis. The lady on evening duty was nice and helpful. All in all, very satisfied for the money.
The carpets do not get hoovered so might smell a bit.

Friendly staff. Good view of sunrise. Spacious apartment.
The hotel needs and urgent renovation and a deep cleaning in rooms (stinky upholstery and fitted carpet). Very noisy place.
